Using this site. By placing an order, you confirm you're at least 18 years old (or have a parent's or guardian's permission) and that the details you give us are accurate. Orders. When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error was made. If we do, we'll refund you in full. Prices and payment. Shipping is free. Delivery estimates are in our Shipping Policy. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure checkout. We never see or store your full card details. Product information. We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours and small details may vary slightly. Our products are everyday comfort and lifestyle gadgets. They are not medical devices and aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Always read and follow the included instructions. If you're pregnant, have a medical condition or use an implanted medical device, check with a doctor before using heat, massage, suction or electrical products. Returns and your rights. See our Refund and Returns Policy (14-day returns; items must be unused and in original packaging) and Shipping Policy (free shipping, estimated delivery 7-15 business days). These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. UK consumers living elsewhere in the UK keep the protection of their local law and courts.
